No power, sparking sockets, burning smell, breaker that won't reset, water in a fitting? Same-day attendance where possible across West Yorkshire.
£75 callout + £65/hr on site (in service area). Daytime & evening response. Genuine emergencies prioritised.
Genuine electrical emergencies need a phone call, not a web form. Ring 0800 061 4526 if any of these are happening:
Ring 999 first if: there's an active fire, you can see flames, you smell something actually burning right now, or somebody's been shocked badly. Then call us. Don't try to put out an electrical fire with water.
Most emergency call-outs in Yorkshire are tripped MCBs that won't reset (usually a faulty appliance), failed RCDs, blown fused connection units, or wet outdoor sockets after rain. We arrive, isolate, diagnose, and either fix on the spot or make-safe and quote the repair.
Ring 0800 061 4526. Steven personally picks up where possible — or rings back within 30 minutes.
We give you a realistic ETA and tell you what to isolate at the meter / consumer unit while you wait.
Make-safe first. Diagnose the cause. Quote the fix on the spot — usually fixed same visit.

Often it's a tripped MCB or RCD — try resetting it (firmly push back to ON). If it trips straight back, or won't move at all, ring us. Could be a faulty appliance pulling too much current, water in a circuit, or a failed device.
Yes if it looks like a supplier-side issue (whole street is dark, your meter has gone out, incoming cable damage). The supplier handles up to your meter; we handle from the meter inwards.
Yes — shop, office and B&B emergencies welcome. We work out-of-hours for retail to avoid disrupting trading. Quote on the spot, fixed-price.
No. If we attend, isolate the fault, and have to recommend further work outside the scope of the visit, we charge the standard callout only and quote the repair separately. Fair&u2019s fair.
